Nick Schmock - Owner
Nick is the founder of Chippewa Land Specialists LLC. He is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and named his company after the area he calls home and the river on which he spends much of his free time. Nick resides in Eau Claire County with his wife Carling and his children Lyla Grace and Brady Lincoln.
What Type of Properties Do We Appraise?
The company's primary focus is on conservation-related assignments, which generally involve properties with rural locations. We also have over a decade worth of experience in the valuation of most conventional commercial and residential properties.
Who Do We Work For?
We have worked for a wide variety of clients including federal agencies, state agencies, national and regional conservation organizations and local land trusts. Clients also include financial institutions, law firms and private property owners.
Where Do We Work?
Our geographic area of service is the Midwest. We have completed appraisal assignments in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Illinois and Nebraska.

Nick has considerable experience in solving complicated appraisal problems. He has completed assignments involving federal acquisitions, conservation easements, complicated larger parcel issues and properties with severely limited access.
